We are committed to finding you the perfect items for your personal use and gifts. Both in-store and online - we are available to help you find what you are needing or looking for within our Collection of items available. Contact us via phone or online for personalized help with those selections. We are able to give direction on size selection as well as style. But if for any reason the selection is not perfect the following apply.

Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of the original purchase for equal or higher value exchange.

No refunds for cash. No refunds for credit card purchases - exchanges or gift cards are an option (see above).

If another item of value cannot be found at the time of exchange an in-house credit will be given to be used within one year. Transactions that are returned for an in-house credit will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We cannot guarantee that a returned item will reach our store. You may consider using a tracking signature or shipping insurance to cover shipping concerns.

Any Items brought back for an exchange must have original tags attached and may not be modified, damaged or worn in any way.

All Sale or promotional purchases are FINAL SALE.

Restocking Fee - There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

No Returns on Layaways. All monies put down as payments up to 25% of the original layaway are forfeited. See layaway policy for further details.

Special Orders. We will attempt to adjust the order for size if necessary. If that is not an option a 15% restocking fee is assessed and in-store credit will be issued.

STONE FEATHER ROAD reserves the right to refuse an item for exchange or return.

During the 90 day period, said item(s) will be stored at our Billings, MT store location and will not be offered for sale to the general public. Deposit must be received by Stone Feather Road the day of order or item(s) will again be offered for sale to the general public. A deposit check that is returned for any reason will nullify this agreement and said item(s) will immediately be offered for sale to the general public. A $35 service charge will be assessed on all returned checks.

Upon receipt of a layaway order, Stone Feather Road will immediately remove item(s) off the floor and they will be safely retained for the customer. Invoices will be sent out every 30 days via email and as payments are received by Stone Feather Road, a note will be made on the original layaway agreement which will show the total order amount, amount of payments received and the date received, the balance due and the due date of remaining payments. Any layaway not paid in full in the 90 day period will once again be offered for sale to the general public.

If we do not receive your final payment by the “final payment due” date, we will automatically cancel your layaway.

All monies paid will be forfeit and non-refundable.

You may pay off your layaway early at any time.

For items selected from online, for layaway, you must call the store directly.

Layaways are 25% down and 25% payment due every 30 days until paid. (90-Day Layaway)


Items must be paid in full within 90 days from date of original layaway.

25% (restocking fee) is forfeited if item is not paid in full within 90 days.

Original layaway amount X .25 = restocking fee

Example - Original layaway amount - $100
